Payment Information
We offer two programs, a private pay and insurance based program. Each programs require multiple sessions to achieve maximum benefit. We will be happy to provide an estimate of investment prior to starting care.
As part of your plan, we are happy to work on a co-management plan with our team at Enliven Wellness or your healthcare providers, including occupational therapist, psychologist, chiropractor, and medical provider.
